1.How to Send package safely?
Try to check the Traveler/sender id and compare the details which is uploaded on the HeyParcel moble app.
Please meet at the safe locations,Which is posted on HeyParcel mobile app,are the desiganted and recommended pickup locations by HeyParcel
Verify the Traveler/Senders credentials if there are multiple packages which is irrelavent to the post/request. Ask the buyer to provide photo ID and proof of address.
Ensure that your post/request meets the features you list in your ad to avoid any misunderstanding with the traveler/Sender.
Do not share your financial information except the package details and the packed items.
2.How to deliver/Send safely?
Always meet the Traveler/Sender at a safe location and inspect the item before you commit to deliver. Following this one rule will help you avoid most scams.
Watch out for unrealistic offers. If it appears too good to be true, it probably is. Unrealistic offers are used to motivate Travelers/Senders to make hasty decisions.
Never transfer funds or use a debit card to pay someone you do not know before handing over an item to the Traveler.
Ask for clear information on condition of the item, price, payment and delivery method.
It is recommended to deliver items directly from the reciver with the information provided by the sender.
in case of Fragile items please ensure the Traveler to please take care of the items and deliver safely.
Always meet recevier at the safe place and call before you deliver the item
3.What should I do if I suspect someone to be fraudulent traveler or sender?
Please contact us,are report us from the mobile in fraud report, at Legal Issues if you suspect someone to be acting fraudulently on HeyParcel. We also urge you to notify the Police immediately if you have been a victim of fraud.
